Greetings from the University of Bergen, Faculty of Law!

I am pleased to share with you that we are now launching our first LLM programme: Master of Laws (LL.M.) Programme in EU and EEA Law.  

The 90 ECTS programme on EU and EEA Law is unique and the first of its kind in the world. It provides students with in-depth and comprehensive knowledge of both institutional and substantive aspects of EU and EEA law. For residents in EU/EEA/Switzerland, there are no tuition fees for the programme.

I hope that you will assist us in making the programme known to both alumni and current students. For your students thinking of doing an exchange semester, it should be emphasized that up to 30 ECTS credits of relevant courses completed as an exchange student to UiB, may be transferred into the LLM if students decide to return to Bergen at a later stage to complete the LLM degree.

For the August 2024 intake, we are accepting applications from 1 February until 1 March.
