We are writing to extend a formal invitation to you and your esteemed faculty to our organisations upcoming event, our Evening of Diplomacy. 

Our Evening of Diplomacy aims to explore the importance of cultural diplomacy in the field of international relations. Throughout the duration of the event, we hope to provide our guests with an opportunity to learn more about the cultures represented throughout our university, as well as the opportunity to interact with various experts in the field who will be sharing their experiences from their careers.

The event will feature guest speakers from the Japanese Embassy in Warsaw, the Austrian Consulate in Kraków, and the French Consulate from Kraków. There will also be cultural booths organised by various other UJ student organisations at the evening that will allow our guests to explore cultures from around the world, and much more.

Below you can find the details regarding time and place for the event, and attached to this email, you can find our promotional poster, and our pamphlet that outlines some information about our guest speakers and their experiences. 

We believe that your presence at this event would not only benefit our attendees but also contribute significantly to advancing the discourse on diplomacy and international relations.
